Innovative Retail Group was founded with the sole purpose of serving bedding retails by providing a variety of services designed to improve the consumer buying experience, enhance your company culture, and increase your company profits. We specialize in providing solutions centered around project management, employee training and development programs, as well as market research.

The company was founded in 2003 by a management team with more than twenty years of experience as bedding retailers and wholesale bedding representatives. This experience includes marketing plan development, strategic planning, sales training, and staffing programs. Our unique operating formula allows us to provide distinct services in an efficient and cost effective way.

Currently, our company provides services to a variety of retailers and top manufacturers who are responsible for delivering more than 50% of all the mattresses sold in the United States.
