Craig McAndrews -- craig@innovateretail.com
Craig has six years experience on the wholesale side of the bedding industry, where he held various positions with Sealy and Simmons. His accomplishments include the development of a regional merchandise program, an increase in operating income, and the building of a regional sales team. As a Vice President of sales, he implemented a regional bedding university program, which trained more than 250 retail sales associates.

As a retailer, he served for four years as President, and co-founder of 5/o Management Inc., which founded and operated a retail mattress chain in Arizona. From 1999 to 2003, the company grew from one location to twenty-two. During this time, he directed the effort of building the team from three initial employees to more than seventy. This role included the implementation of training and staffing approaches that limited turnover, and increased sales and profits.

As a Director at Innovative Retail Group, his primary areas of focus include project assessment and program development with an emphasis in sales training and staffing.

Daryl Newton -- daryl@innovateretail.com
Daryl has two years experience on the wholesale side of the bedding industry where he worked for Simmons Company as a territory manager. During this time, his efforts doubled the territory volume. The results came through training and value added programs that were provided to the retail customer base.

In addition, he worked as a sales representative for an advertising company in Houston, Texas.

As a retailer, he served for four years as COO and co-founder of 5/o Management Inc., which founded and operated a retail mattress chain in Arizona. From 1999 to 2003, the company grew from one location to twenty-two. During this time, Daryl directed the operations side of the business, including real estate, advertising, and the financial department. His experience in negotiating with landlords and advertising providers proved to be a valuable asset in the expansion of the company.

As a Director at Innovative Retail Group, his primary areas of focus include project assessment and program development with an emphasis in operations and marketing.
