Retail Learning Center

The Retail Learning Center (TM) is a platform designed to provide training material and development programs designed specifically for the bedding retailer. As part of the service of the center, you have access to program material designed by our management team, as well as the ability to customize and enhance your existing company programs.

The Retail Learning Center was created to address the challenges retailers face in training and developing their sales staff:

▪ There is a lack of resources to provide professional training material that has been designed for the bedding retailer.

▪ It is cost prohibitive to have your own training department, and even more costly to develop your own professional training content.

▪ Retail sales associates typically have 22-25 hours a week of down time in a specialty store that could be utilized to participate in training programs.
